Chinese premium electric vehicle brand Skywell has officially terminated its dealership agreement with G Motors, the company that has been importing and selling Skywell and Skyworth vehicles in Nepal.
According to information provided by Jiangsu Skywell Automobile Co., Ltd., G Motors has been removed as the brand's authorized dealer in Nepal, effective from June 5, 2026.

In an email sent to Nepal's Department of Commerce, Supplies and Consumer Protection, Huang Yu, a representative from the company's International Marketing Department, stated that G Motors is no longer an authorized importer and distributor of Skywell and Skyworth vehicles in Nepal. The manufacturer also noted that additional information could be provided if required.
G Motors introduced the Skywell brand to the Nepali market in early 2024. Thanks to its premium features, long driving range, and advanced technology, the brand quickly gained attention among EV buyers. At the time of its launch, Skywell was marketed as one of the longest-range electric vehicle brands available in Nepal.
The company initially launched the Skywell ET5, which became its flagship model in the market.
Currently, Skywell offers two variants of the BE11 and the ET5 in Nepal, giving customers three variants across two models. The company claims driving ranges of 410 km, 520 km, and 620 km, depending on the variant.
To establish the brand nationwide, G Motors had been aggressively expanding its sales and after-sales network. The company currently operates modern service centers in Radhe Radhe Bhaktapur, and Itahari, while sales outlets are located in Radhe Radhe Naxal, Biratnagar, Itahari, Chitwan, and Pokhara.
Jiangsu Skywell Automobile Co., Ltd. has not yet announced who will become the new authorized importer or distributor for Nepal.
An official announcement regarding the brand's future representation in Nepal is yet to be made.
